Fripp Island has a variety of new developments to choose from including our Fripp Cottages at Ocean Creek, offering open floor plans and covered porches; our Bluff lots; or the Bonito Boathouse, seven charming homes located at the Marina. Coming soon are two to five bedroom townhomes being built along the 16th fairway of our Ocean Creek Golf Course. These townhomes are patterned after our popular Sandown Villas. Fripp Island boasts three classic 18 hole championship golf courses. Ocean Creek Golf Course, Davis Love III's signature par 71 golf course was named to "top 10 new course design lists" by Golf Magazine and The Golfer. It features adjacent wide open fairways and spectacular views of the ocean inlet, marsh, and forest and lagoon scenery. Davis's course challenges you to play well yet rewards you when you hit a good shot. |

| Likewise, golfers can play Fripp's newly renovated oceanfront golf course, Ocean Point Golf Links, designed by George W. Cobb that has been recognized by Corporate Meetings & Incentives as a Golden Links Award Winner. It's traditional links design brings water into direct play on 17 holes. With shifting sea breezes and five holes that kiss the Atlantic Ocean, it is quite a challenge. |

Island Excursions offers wonderful, on-the-water adventures for your attendees, some of which are: evening cruises, scenic marsh cruises, sunset cruises, and dolphin watches. The cruises are intimate affairs that typically last two hours. For the serious fishermen, deep sea fishing may be arranged. All captains are Coast Guard licensed and trips include bait, tackle, ice and instruction. |

Camp Fripp features a comprehensive recreation program specializing in a collection of ecology-oriented programs. The crew includes a full time recreation program director and trained, CPR certified staff of outstanding college students. Activities include nature day camps, family adventures, Kid's Night Out programs and teen mixers. Attendees and their families can participate in the regularly scheduled events or design a program specifically for their group. |

Golf Carts are hard to beat for sightseeing or on island transportation. Our EZ-GO golf carts can seat up to 4 passengers and are a convenient way to travel to and from breakfast, the golf courses, and restaurants. All carts offer lights for evening outings, windshields, and a top for shade. Arrangements can be made to have a golf cart waiting at each of your attendees villas. |
